Join Anna for a 5 week drawing course where we will visit a different venue each week and use our surroundings to inspire observational drawings. We will try out different materials and techniques with a new focus each week, building skills and confidence as we go. This course is ideal for everyone from beginners looking to build their skills to experienced drafts people looking for company and critique.  

Week 1:  Bristol Museum – focus will be on detail and observational drawing.  Hot drink from the cafe included.

Week 2: Underfall Yard – focus on creating tonal drawings.  Meet outside Spike Island and end up back at their cafe for a hot drink.

Week 3: Greville Smyth Park – focus on composition. Meet outside Spike Island and end up back at their cafe for a hot drink.

Week 4: M Shed – focus on colour. Meet outside Spike Island and end up back at their cafe for a hot drink.

Week 5: Ferry – focus on movement. Meet outside Spike Island and end up back at their cafe for a hot drink.

There will always be an inside option if the weather is awful.

All materials included and portable stools provided.
