Visiting the studio

Train

We are a 30 minute walk away from Bristol Temple Meads Station. You can get the M2 metro bus from the station to outside the building.

Parking

Spike Island is on the Cumberland Road and you can follow the brown signs to SS Great Britain.

Please note that park of Cumberland road is now bus lane only so check before starting your journey.

Please note we are in the clean air zone and you can check if you will be charged on the council website.

Parking meters are in operation in the area and use the RingGo app. You can also pay to park in the SS Great Britain car park.

You can use the Long Ashton Park and Ride M2 Bus.

Bus

The M2 Metrobus serves Long Ashton Park & Ride, Ashton Vale, Ashton Gate, Cumberland Basin, Spike Island, Redcliff Hill, Bristol Temple Meads, Cabot Circus and Broadmead.

The A1 service (Bristol Flyer) runs between Bristol Airport, Ashton Gate, Spike Island, Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Bus Station.

Cycle

There are plenty of bike spots outside if you cycle, although they are not undercover.

You can also find Tier drop off point for electric scooters and bikes close by.
