Join Anna for a 5 week drawing course where we will visit a different venue each week and use our surroundings to inspire observational drawings. We will try out different materials and techniques with a new focus each week, building skills and confidence as we go. This course is ideal for everyone from beginners looking to build their skills to experienced drafts people looking for company and critique.   Sessions will be held inside and each class will finish with a hot drink and celebration of drawings made.  

Off site, indoor drawing, perfect for a January start. Each class will finish with a hot drink and a celebration of drawings made. Week 1 bristol Museum Week 2 Cathedral/Mary Redcliffe Week 3 M Shed Week 4 Grain barge Week 5 M shed Bring a hard back sketchbook and a can do attitude, we will bring drawing materials, stools and a plan.

Week 1: Bristol Museum – focus will be on detail and observational drawing.  Hot drink from the cafe included.

Week 2: M shed – focus will be on shape & form.  Hot drink included.

Week 3: Grain Barge – focus on use of colour. Hot drink included.

Week 4: Cathedral – focus on composition and creating perspective. Hot drink included.

Week 5: Watershed – focus on figure drawing. Hot drink included.

Bring a hard back sketchbook, other materials included and portable stools provided.
