DRAWN TO PRINT EXHIBITION AT SPS 18-29 JUNE

Swansea Print Workshop hosted 3 artists in residence during 2012 and Spike Print Studio is showing the resulting touring exhibition  Drawn to Print.

We will have the following demos which will definitely be worth seeing:

SATURDAY 29th June 2013

The 3 artists  will demonstrate some of their techniques and talk informally about their work and experience of being an artist in residence.

10.30 am    Mezzotint – Aoife Layton (Cork Printmakers)
11.30 am    Contemporary Relief print – Fiona Kelly (Cork Printmakers)

2.00 pm     Photopolymer Intaglio from drawn positives – Ros Ford (Spike Print Studio)
3.00 pm     i-pad drawing into print and making QR codes – Aoife Layton (Cork printmakers)

All welcome, drop in at any time of the day for informal chats with any of the artists.
Donations for demonstrations – towards travel expenses of visiting artists and Spike Print Studio etching area fund
