A collaborative exhibition of the work from members of the Spike Print Studio, Spike Island showing the breadth of contemporary print.

This is a great opportunity to view our talented artist members’ latest work.  Spike Print Studio attracts a wealth of talent, and we are pleased to show the range and skills through a variety of selected works.

Spike Print Studio is a leading open access print studio in the UK and a recognised centre for the exploration and creation of print. It is an important regional asset and is a dynamic place for all to develop their creativity through printmaking.   The studio provides open access to professional equipment and the expertise of its staff and tutors. Through its Learning Programme, membership, editioning and exhibitions it secures a progressive and confident future for its community and widens participation in print.

It doesn’t matter who you are and how you use the studio, the benefits of learning to print can make people happier by enabling them to express themselves, having the freedom to fail, persevere, focus and collaborate.  Knowledge is shared easily in an open access print studio.  The studio has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and attracts artists from a wide range of disciplines.
