Spike Island Open Friday 4 May – Monday 7 May 2012

We will be throwing open our studio doors at this year’s Spike Island Open. Over  three days you can look at what happens in this creative building, look at work and speak to the artists and staff involved. There will be lots of events over the 3 days and you can check on Spike Island’s website for full details www.spikeisland.org.uk.

Spike Print Studio will show selected work from its artist members together with CHROMA where work will be simply one colour and one price.  We will have print for a £ on Sunday between 2-4pm where you can have fun printing your own quick drypoint print.  Don’t know what ‘drypoint’ is?  You will soon find out!

Also throughout the whole weekend you will be able to buy a raffle ticket for £2 with an opportunity to win a course of your choice – this is worth up to £255!  All proceeds will be for the learning programme equipment.
